When To Recharge? and Escape from Daily Life!

How do you know when it’s time to unplug? What do you do to make it happen?

When is it time to unplug and recharge our bodies? It starts on a day like today I have been getting over a cold and finally have the day off. I have been trying to rest and relax but, my restlessness is getting the better of me so I stopped watching tv and started thinking of what I can get done today.

I don’t exactly have a list but, I went shopping and got some food prep done for my meal prep tomorrow. Now I’m not as restless. But I think it just depends on the individual for some unplugging might involve going outdoors and doing something in nature like a hike or walk on the beach. For others who might live an active lifestyle it might entail reading a book or maybe even this blog lol imagine.

So how do you guys unwind or unplug from the day to day?
