Describe one positive change you have made in your life.
I often think on who I was before I started working out. I was depressed with who I was because for years I hated myself and who I had become. I was lazy and fat and felt terrible every day. Then one day I decided to start working out with a friend from work. He happened to be a personal trainer and taught me everything He knew. It was so hard at first and awkward trying to make the movements just right. But that day changed my life!
Now I start everyday with purpose and I feel amazing and I’m starting to look more like my ideal self a little more each day.
