What’s the most fun way to exercise?
The most fun way to exercise is of course going to differ from person to person. For me the most fun exercise is swimming particularly in the ocean! It’s not only refreshing the salt water having healing properties but, the magnesium content rejuvenating the body. I don’t visit the beach as often as I would like. And I often dream of living by the ocean.
